Description | UNIT DESCRIPTOR:This unit involves the skills and knowledge required by a Master 5 or Skipper 3 to contribute to a safe navigational watch on a small domestic commercial vessel less than 80 metres in length and in compliance with Australian regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of navigation, protection of the marine environment and the safety of the vessel and the persons on board. | ||
