Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to organise logistics maintenance support operations in a deployed context in support of operations, in accordance with relevant organisational policy and procedures.This unit is applicable to logistics personnel responsible for organising and managing delivery of maintenance support in a field deployment context.The unit will usually be applied in a frontline maintenance facility supporting equipment maintenance, repair and recovery to support organisational operations.People who undertake this unit will usually be a technician or have an engineering background. This role requires management and leadership skills.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. | |||
