The application of this unit in the workplace includes planning and controlling necessary stockholding levels of all items of supply. Supply provisioning is a quantitative analysis and involves detailed mathematical calculations of supply factors such as known usage rates and time factors. This unit is typically applicable to senior logistics personnel responsible for planning and coordinating logistics supply support at an organisational level. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. | |||
