Application
This unit applies to the automotive and related component manufacturing environment and involves the application of skills and knowledge at a specialist level. These skills and knowledge are to be used within the scope of the person’s job and authority. Work involves interpreting and applying heavy vehicle modification standards to commercial vehicles, heavy vehicles, agricultural /plant equipment and recreational vehicles to maintain compliance. Relevant areas of work may include body construction and design, engineering department, fabrication hardware, stamping and press operations, vehicle assembly and vehicle frame manufacture. |

Method of assessment | Assessment must satisfy the endorsed Assessment Guidelines of this Training Package.
