3. Control training area/range activities | 3.1 Non-compliant training activities are identified and non-compliance is indicated to relevant commanders 3.2 Training area and range users are briefed in accordance with Range Standing Orders and relevant instructions 3.3 Coordination issues are resolved, if necessary through direct contact and discussions 3.4 Access and egress is controlled in those circumstances where required 3.5 Coordination and compliance between users and landholders is established on non-Defence property |
