Application
This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to solve electrical problems in remote community network apparatus in the electricity supply industry (ESI). It includes solving predictable electrical problems on network apparatus in a remote community. It also includes working safely, applying diagnoses and problem-solving procedures; and using voltage, current and resistance measuring devices to provide solutions derived from measurements and calculations to predictable circuit problems The application of the skills and knowledge described in this unit may require a licence/registration to practice in the workplace. Other conditions may apply under state and territory legislative and regulatory licensing requirements which must be confirmed prior to commencing this unit. |
