Assessment Template

Put assessment names in column headings to track which performance criteria each one covers. 2. Receive raw materials

2.1 Recognise and assess raw materials against acceptance criteria

2.4 Estimate and record raw materials quantity

2.5 Calculate fee and charge to customer based on raw material type and quantity
