Assessment Template

a slightly different format than the assessment template. A spreadsheet with unit names, elements and performance criteria in separate columns. Put assessment names in column headings to track which performance criteria each one covers. Good for ensuring that you've covered every one of the performance criteria with your assessment instrument (all assessement tools together).

2.1 Escort procedures are carried out in accordance with assignment instructions.

2.2 Security of valuables and personal safety requirements are monitored and maintained.

2.3 Continuous and active observation techniques are used to anticipate and identify potential securityrisk situations.

2.4 Response option is determined appropriate to identified security risk and implemented within scope of own role, competence and authority.

2.5 Assistance requirements are determined and requested in accordance with organisational procedures.

3 Complete escort.
