Unit Description
Reconstruct the unit from the xml and display it as an HTML page.
Assessment Tool
an assessor resource that builds a framework for writing an assessment tool
Assessment Template
generate a spreadsheet for marking this unit in a classroom environment. Put student names in the top row and check them off as they demonstrate competenece for each of the unit's elements and performance criteria.
Assessment Matrix
a slightly different format than the assessment template. A spreadsheet with unit names, elements and performance criteria in separate columns. Put assessment names in column headings to track which performance criteria each one covers. Good for ensuring that you've covered every one of the performance criteria with your assessment instrument (all assessement tools together).
Wiki Markup
mark up the unit in a wiki markup codes, ready to copy and paste into a wiki page. The output will work in most wikis but is designed to work particularly well as a Wikiversity learning project.

Competency Mapping Template
Unit of Competency Mapping – Information for Teachers/Assessors – Information for Learners. A template for developing assessments for a unit, which will help you to create valid, fair and reliable assessments for the unit, ready to give to trainers and students
Observation Checklist
create an observation checklist for workplace assessment and RPL applicants. This is similar to the evidence guide above, but a little shorter and friendlier on your printer. You will also need to create a seperate Assessor Marking Guide for guidelines on gathering evidence and a list of key points for each activity observed using the unit's range statement, required skills and evidence required (see the unit's html page for details)

Self Assessment Survey
A form for students to assess thier current skill levels against each of the unit's performance criteria. Cut and paste into a web document or print and distribute in hard copy.
Moodle Outcomes
Create a csv file of the unit's performance criteria to import into a moodle course as outcomes, ready to associate with each of your assignments. Here's a quick 'how to' for importing these into moodle 2.x

1. Establish business relationships

1.1 Discuss, confirm and document contractual relationship with artists

1.2 Use effective networking strategies with industry contacts to promote business opportunities for artists

1.3 Advise and assist artists to build sustainable career outcomes

1.4 Explore opportunities with artists to maximise commercial advantage

2. Manage career development

2.1 Discuss and document realistic career plans with artists, aligning artistic aspirations/potential with career goals

2.2 Develop artists’ repertoires that are commercially viable and in line with realistic market opportunities

2.3 Assist artists to develop their artistic potential, and provide objective assessment of artistic success in a manner and timeframe agreed by all parties

2.4 Represent artistic and career interests of artists when negotiating commercial opportunities

2.5 Implement an impartiality clause when representing more than one artist, and advise each artist of their position within hierarchy of managed artists

2.6 Ensure negotiated obligations with artists are clearly communicated to all business partners

3. Manage business relationships

3.1 Plan and agree on communication processes to be used in business relationships with artists

3.2 Provide ongoing, accurate and objective copyright advice to artists

3.3 Advise artists on relevant industry associations, industry awards and WHS issues

3.4 Negotiate, confirm and record a financial plan with artists, and implement an appropriate system to record and monitor finances

3.5 Report finances within legislative guidelines, and manage payments within agreed timeframes

3.6 Seek feedback from artists to evaluate management strategies and adjust as required

4. Develop market position of artists

4.1 Assess style, genre, repertoire and performance standard of artists to clarify market fit and potential

4.2 Monitor and assess appeal of artists in local, regional, national and/or international markets

4.3 Collaborate with artists to develop their professional image in line with promotional opportunities

4.4 Negotiate performance opportunities, and organise tours within context of financial risk analysis parameters and artists’ timeframes
