Assessment Template

Assessment Matrix
a slightly different format than the assessment template. A spreadsheet with unit names, elements and performance criteria in separate columns. Put assessment names in column headings to track which performance criteria each one covers. Good for ensuring that you've covered every one of the performance criteria with your assessment instrument (all assessement tools together).

mark up the unit in a wiki markup codes, ready to copy and paste into a wiki page. The output will work in most wikis but is designed to work particularly well as a Wikiversity learning project.

1.3 Technical references, tools and equipment are identified, acquired and prepared in accordance with organisational procedures

1.4 Net explosive quantities and compatibility are identified, calculated, analysed and applied throughout the operation

1.5 Emergency and contingency procedures are applied in accordance with organisational policy

1.6 Environmental conditions are monitored and maintained in accordance with organisational policy

2. Unpack ammunition/ explosive ordnance

2.1 Ammunition/explosive ordnance or explosive components are prepared for unpackaging in accordance with organisational policy and procedures

2.2 Ammunition/explosive ordnance or explosive components are unpackaged in accordance with technical instructions, technical drawings and organisational procedures

2.3 Packaging material is stored or disposed of in accordance with statutory and organisational policy

2.4 Relevant calculations are carried out and recorded

3. Finalise unpackaging procedures

3.1 Equipment/tools are maintained in accordance with organisational policy and procedures

3.2 Documentation and records are maintained in accordance with statutory, organisational and workshop requirements
