Unit Description

Assessment Tool
an assessor resource that builds a framework for writing an assessment tool
Assessment Template
generate a spreadsheet for marking this unit in a classroom environment. Put student names in the top row and check them off as they demonstrate competenece for each of the unit's elements and performance criteria.
Assessment Matrix
a slightly different format than the assessment template. A spreadsheet with unit names, elements and performance criteria in separate columns. Put assessment names in column headings to track which performance criteria each one covers. Good for ensuring that you've covered every one of the performance criteria with your assessment instrument (all assessement tools together).
Wiki Markup
mark up the unit in a wiki markup codes, ready to copy and paste into a wiki page. The output will work in most wikis but is designed to work particularly well as a Wikiversity learning project.

1.4 Range and training area bookings are promulgated in accordance with Range Standing Orders

1.5 Supplementary bids are processed where required in accordance with Range Standing Orders

2. Confirm range instructions conform to Range Standing Orders

2.1 Authority for weapons and ammunition to be fired on the requested range is confirmed in accordance with Range Standing Orders

2.2 Gross error checks on traces and templates are conducted to confirm they are in accordance with Range Standing Orders

2.3 Contingency plans are confirmed in accordance with Range Standing Orders

2.4 Safety requirements are confirmed in accordance with Range Standing Orders

3. Ensure activities are safe and deconflicted

3.1 Conflict between separate activities on the range is identified and resolved

3.2 Activity phases are coordinated to ensure there is no conflict between phases

3.3 Director of Practice is appointed where more than one activity is being conducted concurrently on the range

4. Brief stakeholders

4.1 Stakeholders are briefed on training area and range activities in accordance with Range Standing Orders

4.2 Notifications are raised and forwarded in accordance with Range Standing Orders as required

5. Approve and record use of training area and/or activity

5.1 Authorised traces and templates are signed in accordance with Range Standing Orders

5.2 Applicant units and authorities are notified in accordance with Range Standing Orders

5.3 Activities are recorded in accordance with Range Standing Orders
