3.1. Program presentation is monitored and evaluated in line with organisational procedures

3.2. Feedback is collected and analysed against program objectives in line with organisational procedures

3.3. Materials and format used are evaluated and results documented in line with organisational procedures

3.4. Program processes are recorded and reported to the appropriate personnel
