2. Contribute to planning care for the client with a chronic health problem in a variety of health care settings

2.1 Gather and record admission data for the client with a chronic health problem, for inclusion in a care plan according to organisation policy

4.4 Participate in performing emergency resuscitation techniques

5. Assist in evaluating the outcomes of planned nursing actions

5.1 Report client response to nursing interventions to the registered nurse or other appropriate health care colleague

5.2 Document client response to nursing interventions according to organisation policy and legal and professional requirements
