Assessment Template
generate a spreadsheet for marking this unit in a classroom environment. Put student names in the top row and check them off as they demonstrate competenece for each of the unit's elements and performance criteria.
Assessment Matrix
a slightly different format than the assessment template. A spreadsheet with unit names, elements and performance criteria in separate columns. Put assessment names in column headings to track which performance criteria each one covers. Good for ensuring that you've covered every one of the performance criteria with your assessment instrument (all assessement tools together).
Wiki Markup
mark up the unit in a wiki markup codes, ready to copy and paste into a wiki page. The output will work in most wikis but is designed to work particularly well as a Wikiversity learning project.

1.4. Existing policies are analysed against evaluation criteria.

1.5. Policy development requirements are identified and defined in terms of context, issues to be addressed, expected outcomes, possible complications, precedents and stakeholders.

1.6. Priority areas for policy development are recommended in accordance with organisational requirements.

2. Prepare policy advice

2.1. Policy development parameters, procedures, resources and time frames are established and confirmed.

2.2. Consultation processes with clients, staff and external personnel are developed and utilised.

2.3. Interorganisational cooperation in policy development is sought as appropriate.

2.4. Analytical framework for the development of an appropriate organisational policy is determined.

2.5. Relevant factors such as change management are considered in the development of policy advice.

3. Present and promote policy advice

3.1. Recommendations for policy options are presented and promoted to management according to organisational requirements.

3.2. An appropriate method of implementation is identified and agreed upon following approval of selected options.

3.3. Stakeholders are informed of the nature of policy changes, expected outcomes, issues, expected costs, time lines and contextual factors.

3.4. Where necessary the selected policy option is marketed to stakeholders.

3.5. Processes are developed to enable the ongoing evaluation and monitoring of policy options.

3.6. Processes are developed to review the policy development strategies within the organisation.
