Assessment Tool
an assessor resource that builds a framework for writing an assessment tool
Assessment Template
generate a spreadsheet for marking this unit in a classroom environment. Put student names in the top row and check them off as they demonstrate competenece for each of the unit's elements and performance criteria.
Assessment Matrix
a slightly different format than the assessment template. A spreadsheet with unit names, elements and performance criteria in separate columns. Put assessment names in column headings to track which performance criteria each one covers. Good for ensuring that you've covered every one of the performance criteria with your assessment instrument (all assessement tools together).
Wiki Markup
mark up the unit in a wiki markup codes, ready to copy and paste into a wiki page. The output will work in most wikis but is designed to work particularly well as a Wikiversity learning project.

A form for students to assess thier current skill levels against each of the unit's performance criteria. Cut and paste into a web document or print and distribute in hard copy.
Moodle Outcomes

1 Select waterproofing agents, plan work and prepare work area

1.1 Waterproofing agents are selected in accordance with job instructions

1.2 Work is planned to maximise safety and productivity

1.3 Suitable electrical power outlets are identified, if required

1.4 Safe working environment is established

1.5 Workplace procedures and instructions are read and interpreted

2 Select, use and store tools

2.1 Appropriate hand and power tools are selected for the job

2.2 Tools are examined for damage, missing components or other defects (including frayed power cords where applicable)

2.3 Extension power cables are checked for knots and insulation damage

2.4 Electrical tools are connected safely to power supply

2.5 Safety equipment is used during tool operation in accordance with OHS practices

2.6 Required tasks are performed using tools in accordance with OHS practices

2.7 Tools are located in a safe position when not in use

2.8 Tools and extension cords are cleaned and stored in accordance with industry and workplace OHS practices

3 Clean, inspect and report on condition of product to be waterproofed

3.1 Product is laid or hung out for examination

3.2 Product is inspected and areas of weakness or damage are identified

3.3 Results of product inspection are reported to supervisor, and authorisation is obtained for repairs or other treatment to be performed

3.4 Workplace records regarding condition of product and authorisation for repair and treatment are completed

4 Repair product and apply waterproofing agent

4.1 Repairs are performed in accordance with authorisation and workplace procedures

4.2 Work area is isolated from other unprotected workers

4.3 Product is hung if necessary

4.4 Product is cleaned prior to waterproofing

4.5 Waterproofing agent is applied and allowed to air dry

4.6 Spillage or excess waterproofing agent is cleaned up in accordance with workplace procedures and environmental regulations

4.7 Waste products are disposed of in accordance with workplace procedures and environmental regulations

4.8 Knowledge of waterproofing processes are applied to perform required tasks

5 Test waterproofing and rework if necessary

5.1 Product is tested for waterproofing effectiveness

5.2 Supervisor confirms result of waterproofing test and decides if further treatment is necessary

5.3 Waterproofing agent is reapplied if necessary

6 Store or despatch product and clean work area

6.1 Product is removed and folded for storage or dispatch as required

6.2 Waterproofing equipment is cleaned and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications

6.3 Documentation is completed in accordance with workplace requirements

6.4 Work area is cleaned and tools and electrical equipment are returned to storage
