Unit Description

Assessment Tool
an assessor resource that builds a framework for writing an assessment tool
Assessment Template
generate a spreadsheet for marking this unit in a classroom environment. Put student names in the top row and check them off as they demonstrate competenece for each of the unit's elements and performance criteria.
Assessment Matrix
a slightly different format than the assessment template. A spreadsheet with unit names, elements and performance criteria in separate columns. Put assessment names in column headings to track which performance criteria each one covers. Good for ensuring that you've covered every one of the performance criteria with your assessment instrument (all assessement tools together).
Wiki Markup
mark up the unit in a wiki markup codes, ready to copy and paste into a wiki page. The output will work in most wikis but is designed to work particularly well as a Wikiversity learning project.

2 Obtain detailed information from customer

2.1 Customer requirements are identified by gathering detailed information from customer

2.2 Preliminary product information and options are presented and discussed with customer

2.3 Customer requirements are documented

3 Conduct site inspection

3.1 Ladders or steps are used in accordance with OHS practices where necessary

3.2 Ladders, steps or bosun's chair are appropriately selected to enable inspection of site and taking of measurements

3.3. Ladder or other device is secured and adequately supported

3.4 Appropriate barriers and signs are erected when operator is overhead

3.5 Assistance is used as necessary when working above ground or deck

3.6 Safe anchor points for products or other relevant architectural or marine structural equipment are identified

3.7 Measurements are taken and special features likely to affect installation of products or their performance in service are noted

3.8 Results of inspection are recorded

3.9 Items shifted or removed during the information gathering process are replaced

3.10 Customer equipment used in the inspection process is returned

3.11 Customer is notified when operator is leaving the site
