Assessment Template
generate a spreadsheet for marking this unit in a classroom environment. Put student names in the top row and check them off as they demonstrate competenece for each of the unit's elements and performance criteria.
Assessment Matrix
a slightly different format than the assessment template. A spreadsheet with unit names, elements and performance criteria in separate columns. Put assessment names in column headings to track which performance criteria each one covers. Good for ensuring that you've covered every one of the performance criteria with your assessment instrument (all assessement tools together).

1.2. Where food safety control requirements are not met, the non-conformance is promptly reported and corrective action is taken and recorded.

1.3. Food safety information is recorded to meet requirements of the food safety program.

2. Assist in the identification of breaches of food safety procedures

2.1. Processes or conditions which could result in a breach of food safety procedures are identified and reported.

2.2. Records of corrective action taken are maintained according to food safety plan.

2.3. Corrective action is undertaken according to food safety program.
