1.5 Stakeholders are informed of plan and how protection is to be organised

2Establish, and administer protection of multiple work groups

2.1 Detailed information on protection arrangements is provided to appropriate personnel and any issues raised are clarified and/or confirmed

2.2 Plan is monitored to ensure protection is implemented effectively

2.3 Communication links with appropriate personnel are maintained to ensure protection objectives align with work requirements throughout the life of the work program

2.4 Rail movements through multiple work areas are coordinated

2.5 Establishment and removal of multiple work areas is coordinated within the limits of the work on track method

2.6 Documentation is completed and maintained to meet reporting requirements in accordance with workplace procedures

3Remove protection arrangements for multiple work groups

3.1 Notification of completed works and assurance that track is safe for passage of rail traffic is received from all protection officers in accordance with workplace procedures
