Assessment Template

Put assessment names in column headings to track which performance criteria each one covers. Good for ensuring that you've covered every one of the performance criteria with your assessment instrument (all assessement tools together).

Installation of cabling and tubing is prepared in consultation with relevant person/s and scheduled in accordance with workplace procedures

Cable and tube routes are planned within constraints of building, plant structure, significants and regulations

Cables and conductors are terminated at accessories in accordance with manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements

Tubing is terminated at accessories in accordance with manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements
