Assessment Template
generate a spreadsheet for marking this unit in a classroom environment. Put student names in the top row and check them off as they demonstrate competenece for each of the unit's elements and performance criteria.
Assessment Matrix

Modify sub assemblies.

OHS risk control work measures and procedures are followed

The need to test or measure live is determined in strict accordance with OHS requirements and when necessary conducted within established safety procedures

Circuits are checked as being isolated where necessary in strict accordance OHS requirements and procedures

Components are de-connected and re-connected in accordance with principles and technology of connection methods used

Work is carried out in compliance with quality procedures and enterprise/industry standards

Rework of subassemblies is completed in acceptable timeframe and given environment and workplace conditions

Functional tests on reworked subassemblies are carried out in accordance with established routines
