- Negotiate and close sale of livestock.
- Negotiations are conducted in line with agency practice, ethical standards and relevant legislative requirements to reach agreement and to close sale.
- Sales documentation is completed in line with agency practice and relevant legislative requirements and reflects the final draft and agreed selling price.
- Deposits are secured and appropriate arrangements are made to account for the deposit on subsequent settlement.
- Arrangements for payments are completed according to agency practice, ethical standards and legislative requirements.
- Arrange delivery of livestock to buyer.
