Performance Evidence

A person demonstrating competency in this unit must satisfy the requirements of the elements, performance criteria, foundation skills and range of conditions of this unit.

The person must also safely and competently respond to five different home sustainability assessment matters that demonstrate the person’s capacity to:

demonstrate personal motivation and commitment to the work role

manage day-to-day responsibilities and conflicting demands as a home sustainability assessor in an efficient and cooperative manner

relate positively to clients, fellow workers and the management team

assess own strengths and weaknesses and plan and implement appropriate professional development

demonstrate ethical practice and compliance with the requirements of the appropriate industry accreditation body in conducting home sustainability assessments.

A person demonstrating competency in this unit must demonstrate knowledge of:
