identify principal components of a typical, double-backed corrugated board adhesive, and how to determine satisfactory performance of this adhesive

list the check required to ensure a sample conforms to required quality standards

list preparation required prior to setting up the sewing machine

list steps required to set roll pressures, adjust steam delivery system and calibrate equipment

list steps required to determine if the correct settings have been applied

list product factors that are monitored automatically during production

ensure monitoring function is effective

explain how to set up machine checks

identify machine manuals, safety and other documentation relevant to this task, where they are kept, and the information included in them.
