Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to provide employment services to candidates that assist in the retention and management of candidates by the organisation.It applies to individuals working in an assistant capacity in either a public or private employment services agency. No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. | ||
Duration and Setting | X weeks, nominally xx hours, delivered in a classroom/online/blended learning setting. Assessment must be conducted in a safe environment where evidence gathered demonstrates consistent performance of typical activities experienced in the workforce development – recruitment and employment services field of work and include access to: office equipment and resources examples of workplace documents used in employment services agencies. Assessors of this unit must satisfy the requirements for assessors in applicable vocational education and training legislation, frameworks and/or standards. |
