2. Process applications for trade waste

2.1 Answer customer queries regarding trade waste applications.

2.2 Assess standard low risk trade waste applications to establish that all necessary documentation has been provided.

2.3 Assess standard trade waste applications against concentration, mass and flow limits, discharges of prohibited substances and local sewerage issues, and consider environmental issues.

2.4 Assess proposed pre-treatment and monitoring systems for suitability.
