2. Minimise personal signature

2.2 Improvised techniques to minimise personal signature are used appropriately.

2.3 Techniques for the use of or reduction of shadow are applied.

2.4 Odours are minimised to prevent human detection, and to minimise scenttrail for trackeranimals.

2.5 Electronic signature is minimised or avoided to prevent disclosure of position.

2.6 Rations are prepared and consumed using techniques to avoid detection.

2.7 Communication is achieved through nonverbal signals.

2.8 Waste is carried with the person and/or disposed of appropriately.
